Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Sales and Operations Coordinator to manage all tasks involved in achieving and exceeding the targets for the Chinese Group business for our client.

Tofocus on building the long-term success for our client inthis segment through pro-active sourcing of information and trends relating toAsians travel interest in Malta.

Job Responsibilities :

To assist the Leisure Segment leader as required.
To assist in attaining sales goals.
To service all customer enquiries effectively, and Groups as directed.
To maintain contact with current customers to secure sales.
To assist in the preparation of sales proposals, reports and research.
To maintain a customers database.
To assist in the development of Chinese market segments.
To assist in the implementation of marketing communication activities.
To provide support during familiarisation or incentive visits by tour operators/agents.
To assist in the servicing of customer complaints.
To report on a regular basis on activities undertaken.
To assist with administrative duties as required.
To participate in Sales Promotion trips overseas / Travel Fairs when required.
To assist with inspection visits and outside duties with groups when in Malta as necessary.
To carry out other associated duties within the scope of normal flexibility including providing
support to the rest of the company as required.
To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
